◼우기노키 제품의 무상A/S 기간은 1년입니다
제품 자체의 문제가 있는 경우, 무상수리나 새제품으로
교환해 드립니다
◼ 교환/반품 요청은 수령일로부터 2일이내입니다
교환은 동일한 상품 내에서 1회만 가능합니다
◼ 단순변심으로 인한 교환 및 반품건에 대한 왕복 배송비는
고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다

◼ 원목가구는 날씨에 따라 수축과 팽창을 하고 오래사용하면
결이 갈라지기도 합니다
특히, 야외에서 사용하는 가구는 사계절 온도,습도에 민감하게
대응해야 하며 무엇보다 우천시 비에 많이 노출되지 않도록 잘 관리
하셔야 합니다
제품을 닦을 때는 물을 꽉 짠 천을 사용하며,1년에 1회이상
부드러운 천으로 식물성 오일을 얇게 발라주면 오염에 강해지고
광택이 살아 납니다

You are eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:
